Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from dirt, sweat, or chamois cream.
Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
At Draftworks, we build performance kit designed to handle the elements. But if something isn't quite right with the fit, colour, or style, we’re here to help you get it sorted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to hello@draftworks.cc with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Let us know the reason for your return (and specify your desired replacement size/item if requesting an exchange).
Our team will reply within 48 hours with instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Shipping Costs & Duties
As a global brand shipping worldwide, please note our policies on international logistics:
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Tracked Service: We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as Draftworks cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
Customs & Import Fees: For international returns, please mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the customs form. Any import taxes or duties levied on incoming returns due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size to get the perfect aero fit?
Indicate your requested size when emailing hello@draftworks.cc.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out your replacement size free of charge (please be aware that as clothing is made to order you may need to wait up to 6 weeks for the replacement size).
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
We hold our kit to high quality standards. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage:
Contact us immediately at hello@draftworks.cc with your order number and photos of the defect. We will issue a prepaid return label and send out a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.
Errors & Omissions: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.
3. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by unauthorised dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all orders placed at our store.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment provider (Name of provider). Draftworks does not store full credit or debit card details.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to America and Europe. Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders outside our dispatch origin, you (the customer) are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photography, graphics, designs, text, and product branding is the property of Draftworks and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without prior written consent.
5. Returns & Exchanges
